French website: - Norway and Denmark are the next terrorist targets
It says that Norway and Denmark is the next targets.
- We are aware of the threat and are now working to clarify whether it is real or not, PST adviser Siv Alsén, says TV2.
According to PST, they daily get tips which they do take serious and working to clarify. Most are clarified as not real.
In July PST went out and informed that there was a specific threat against Norway. This led to increased preparedness and strict security over a longer period before it was concluded that the risk probably was over.
Last summer PST received information that people associated with an extreme Islamist group in Syria had intentions to carry out a terrorist act in Norway.
